I've had a few problems out of my internet so I went to Speedtest.net and my internet was "1.37Mbps Download/ .012Mbps Upload"
Does anyone know how to get it back to a 5+Mbps/3+Mbps

That's pretty bad, it may be your modem, or just where you are located.

It might be your local area. Try calling you ISP and seeing if they can resolve the issue better or if they have an upgrade so you can get higher mbps.

First of all, make sure you have selected the nearest server to your location.
Secondly, make sure that you have everything else closed apart from that tab with 'speedtest' on.
If this doesn't improve then contact your ISP and tell them that it is that low and they should raise it up to what you have paid for.
James.

it could be due to the time of night, between 6pm/12pm your net speed will always drop due to high traffic at that time, try again tomorrow during the day if the problem still persists phone up your isp and get them to do a line check

I had the same problem a few days ago.
I called my ISP and they replaced my router with a newer model.

you should contact your ISP, and ask what the problem is
