for this, make sure you had HTTPS selected. After you get your ip and port in, hit the download button. after that, quit Skype, load the regedit it will give you, than come back on Skype and go to
Tools>Options>Advanced>Connection, and it should show the proxy ip you used.

Don't let these douchebags dawx you and send you pizza and cause you trouble.
