-it's cheap but I recommend getting a diabolo. It's this giant yo-yo with two sticks and string. There's some really cool tricks you can perform. A good yo-yo is around $40. If you get a henrys or sundia you'd be set.
other than that, there's not a bunch of expensive stuff that I can think of that's not electronic.

Then save up for a car. Best choice.

2. If your old enough get some friends and go on a road trip.
