I gave my copy of Halo 4 to my brother so he could try the campaing and haven't been back on in little over a month. What is this CSR-50 I keep seeing in many topic? Ranking system like they had in Halo 2 had or a little easier like Halo 3?

Yea the CSR is basically a game mode based ranking system like Halo 3 had. It is separate from the Spartan Ranking system. Basically if you play alot of Regicide you will have a high Regicide CSR but then if you go to Team Slayer it will be 1 again and you have to rank up in each game mode. Helps you see who plays what game modes.

Some playlists are based off of Wins/Losses, and others are based on your score compared to the other players in the game.

Playlists that use individual scoring:
Infinity Slayer
Big Team Infinity Slayer
Rumble Pit
Multi-Team
Team Action Sack
Flood
Team Snipers
Regicide
SWAT

Playlists that use Wins/Losses:
Castle Team DLC
Team Objective
Capture the Flag
Dominion
Team Throwdown
Team Doubles
Grifball
