I'm not watching your video but I got my friends girlfriend to get one with:
MK-48
-Target Finder
-FMJ
OVERKILL
-Assault Shield
Flak + Hardline
Toughness
Tac Mask

Place your shield in a high traffic area of Nuketown in Demolition and don't move from behind the shield, you'll get on in 20 games tops no matter how bad you are at cod.
