I have recently brought a new console as my old one broke and i forgot my password for my security question and is there any way to access my fut?
i have tried to email/message customer support about this and i have had no reply
i would really appreciate some help

Dude I sent him an email and then he reset my security question so it worked again

Yep, course, it's obviously legit...

And if you want to reset your password or something go on your console, then when you go on ultimate team, it will be the first thing that will come up on screen: Reset Security Question Answer.

That is the only way...

i cant go onto Ultimate team because i have tried 5 times
and it just takes me to the main menu

The only thing you can do is google "ea live support" and try to get someone to reset your security password or question, or keep pestering them through email and eventually get a reply.
