I know thats what im saying, like some many people just ask random questions just to get a flame, and then theyll bump to increase the post count and so more people will see it just to get it closer to a flame

It's not always for flames. A lot of the time it could be to find out the personal opinion of many members on the site.

some questions are just to get replys tho, they dont even care about what the people have to say

Yes , also that but when the person posts things on the topic the "Person Who made the Topic" keeps posting on it then they are just trying to get flaming but , I do also understand your reasoning ..

thats exactly what im saying people will keep bumping it just to get a higher post count
