It's going to be a tree with family members on each branch, thus a family tree. I'll have other tattoos as well but I don't understand why people get something that doesn't mean anything.

Your body is a canvas, decorate it. But don't decorate it with shit you will regret later. Tell a story that you want to remember. Or something you think looks badass and want for the rest of your life FOR SURE.

Tattoos cause others to judge you believe it or not. So if you want to be in the professional world, you can have a tattoo, it will just be tough for you. It's hard to explain... It's like becoming a cop and having a tattoo, it's frowned upon because you're supposed to be setting moral examples and have a strict code of conduct...
It's just how it is out there, and it's tough to explain. Don't put anything on your body that you will regret.

I for one will never tattoo my body, just because I know for a fact one day in the future, I'll think back to when I was young and say, the **** was going through my mind when I got this tattoo?

Also think further beyond that, don't tattoo anything that's inappropriate, you'll have a tough time explaining it to your grand kids.

What I approve of:
1.Military tattoos, showing rank, importance 2.Memorial tattoos, having a friend with you forever after death etc.
