Right basically my pc is super shit, i want to format it so its like the day i got it smooth & fast but when i try & do it, it saids "http://gyazo.com/5aea8b3a61630b30a319c59d8c497c3d" Gyazo is a screen shot of what it saids

You can't just format the c drive, you need to reset your pc to factory settings. It's a different button per pc but it's usually f10. press that when booting and reset your pc from there. Back up your data first, including drivers etc

As long as it was on there when you bought it then yes.

As long as it was on there when you bought it then yes.


Hey, i got onto that menu, but i could not find anything that said restore factory settings
