Idk, maybe 16-20 max level 100 Because it would be fun to watch them try and create new prestige signs instead of stealing from their other cods....

Yes they did, BO2's 8th and 9th Prestige was stolen from BO1's 14th and 15th..

How about a no cap limit, every week their graphic team comes up with a new prestige emblem :p
