This does not, but I didn't see any reason to include it. You either buy it yourself for about $90 or you get it "the other way." You can get 120 days of unmolested usage for free completely legally by using the official Digital River downloads (use your Google-Fu, I can't link them on TTG) and re-arming Windows to reset the 30-day trial three times. You can also use an activator, which is not legal and another thing I cannot help you with on TTG.

I've never rearmed Office, so I'm not sure. To rearm Windows, open a command prompt, run "slmgr -rearm", and reboot.
