Hey I'm looking for a RGH (not slim) to do pretty much everything except for hosting lobbies and going online, just emulator and free game stuff. So I know I want it flashed but which type of xbox should I get (not to pricey)?

What do you mean by which one?
The Jtag, RGH , RGH2 all acheive the same effects to the xbox 360.
If you are choosing between them go for a RGH1 console as the boot times will be far better then RGH2 and try to get a new console with warranty.

As you can tell I'm new to this. I main just want a jtagged Xbox to play games offline for free and also get an emulator for snes and maybe other stuff along the way. To add on to this long list (sorry about that) I want it to last a couple years before it over heats. So since I heard RGH was the best I mentioned that in the topic.

if you are only ganna be offline I would get a good xbox like a jasper or falcon would work. I would go with the rgh rather than the jtag because there easy to find. I have a slim and the hottest its ever got and this was after like 10 hours was 185 degrees f so if you can I would get a slim for 200 but its whatever you want.

If you're looking for a Jtag, Go for the Jasper.
