I dont have no clue about building towers, but i have seen the case i want but does anything fit in the same case? I dont want to buying something that dont fit in the tower. And if you could tell me every item i need to buy to make a tower.

What case are you thinking of getting? remember just because it has great looking lights does not mean it is a good case.

I like this one, the ventilation system looks pretty good. It's from amazon.

I would go for something a little more reliable, the four fans on the front won't give a decent airflow against a case that has fans that get the air to the components of the system, if you look at the picture of the syclone case the fans are at the bottom, I would get a case that has an even airflow to all of your components such as this one:

This case has a fan lower down and fans at the top and the side to give you the better airflow over the syclone.

It's about 500-750 mate, i want it to run Battlefield games and Skyrim like a treat and want it to not make any noise.

Just over, I didn't add a Operating system because you can get a trial (Google extended trial for Windows 7) until you can purchase one, and a 60gb SSD should fit an OS, battlefield 3 And Skyrim and you can buy a bigger extra drive later.

So are all these places safe to actually buy from? And would this run big games?

All of the places on the list are places I ordered my PC parts from, this can run games n high - ultra settings depending on the game.
