I would advise that you start doing LOTS of BG's
Yeah the quests will get you to 90 quicker, but if you have any interest in doing Arena, you're going to need to get Honour Gear, and to do so you need to start doing lots of BG's, once you hit 4k honour go trade it out at stormwind so that you can get more. This is only if you're looking to do arena and PVP and then get your conquest gear. Good luck

Do the dungons that will have new quests. Other than that just quest a lot and as fast as you can. Also if you are wanting to be productive at around 88 you can start doing shadow-pan quests that will get you to honored and at 86 I think you can start a few quests with the tillers to get that going. Good luck I am also having to do this once again and it sucks every time.

Best way i know of is monkey runs. Just ask around or look in the chat for em you should level quite fast.

Monkey runs are when queue up from the Stormstout Brewery instance and kill all the monkeys until Ook'ook then repeat. I hear it gets you something like 10mill xp/hour
