If you plan on dropping a couple thousand on a pc and you only want to play games, there's no need for 2 gtx titans, let alone 1.

But still, that build is just stupid and its overkill. You can play all games listed on high+ settings for half the price.

A single 7950 would be able to play max while recording, but if you're getting it for 900, that's a steal, and you should sell the second 7950.
