Well boys and girls, I did alittle website editing and now I got the Nelson Textbooks company after my butt for selling copyrighted materials (Solution sheets) here is the emails and my responses to them

Your copying and or use of our work is unauthorized. You neither asked for nor received permission to use the piece nor to make or distribute copies of them in the manner you have. Therefore, I believe you have willfully infringed our rights under 17 USC 101, et seq. and could be liable for statutory damages as high as $100,000. Further, such copyright infringement is a direct violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and International Copyright Law.
I demand that you immediately cease the use and distribution of the work and all copies of it, that you remove any further works you may have stolen and that you desist from this or any other infringement of our rights in the future.

If I have not received proof of compliance from you, I shall consider taking the full legal remedies available to rectify this situation including contacting our lawyers and/or your site's administrators.

Dear Sarah the pieces have been uploaded to the pirate bay and other major file sharing sites the works were not stolen as you imply but rather given to the students of various schools, your threats of legal action are humorous at best, weak at worst. furthermore you have no proof that I am in procession of Nelson copyrighted materials as they are now distributed to the students of various schools. I believe it is time for your US copyright law to get out of Canada P.S a seize order onto my computer and or accounts will yield the police nothing as all is safety stored on hard copies. have a nice day.
