Hey guys, been a while since I last visited here. So I am once again in the upgrade phase of my build. I am upgrading my motherboard and my power supply so that I can run SLI GTX 680's. I just purchased a new power supply and got a great deal on it so now all that is left is a good motherboard to top it all off.
Here is my current build:
CPU: Intel i5 2500k (OC 4.5 GHz)
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G43
4x4gb Corsair Vengence DDR3 1600MHz
Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 680
Hard Drive: 1TB Western Digital Black
Power Supply: Corsair GS 700 [Upgraded see link below]
Computer Case: NZXT Switch 810
OS: Windows 8 x64 Pro with Media Center
Monitor: Asus VE248H 24in
Mouse: NAGA 2012
What I have purchased to replace above:
-Power Supply: PC Power and Cooling Silencer Mk III Series 750W Modular

-Video Card: EVGA GTX 680, this was purchased off of Ebay for $400 and will be my second GPU that will be used in SLI.
What I need now:
-I need a motherboard that will support SLI for my two 680's. I am currently looking at the MSI Z77a-G45 Gaming. It looks like a good solid board and will get the job done.
