If you've got a laptop and an Intel processor, you've probably got Intel's onboard graphics.

MFW he said "updated" to XP

Anyways, your PC seems to be using the generic Microsoft VGA driver because of the resolution it's running on DXDiag. You will need to install the Intel Chipset Driver (Assuming it is an intel PC). This will install everything for the chipset, that would also include on board graphics.

Best to go to your PC manufacturers site for drivers and see if you can find it there, if not, and it is indeed intel, just go to their site and they have a tool that will figure it out for you.
