im not to sure on the GFX card cuz i use nvidia so im not to sure on how good the amd card is....but otherwise the pc is good for gaming...but i would suggest getting an SSD to boot from, seeing as they have really fast read and write times. that will make your pc boot really fast!

I hate when people just say, a "Budget" everyone has a budget some people have a budget of 1500 and some have a budget of 300. This computer is OK, however if your wanting a PC that will be future proof and you don't have to upgrade in a year to play the next "PC Killer" then don't just settle with this.

Building your own is SO much better than buying one pre-built as my friend found out the hard way when we both bought new PC's. He spent around 1100 on a PC from PC World and lags away on games where I spent around 900 (Upgrades have been applied since) and my PC out ran his PC in every way!

Let us know a budget and you may get a much better response of what to do. How much is this rig costing you etc.

Sorry if I came across evil or anything, just trying to help people get the most out of their money when getting their first PC, don't want you getting scammed by a company like PC World when buying your own parts and playing with some "Adult Lego" makes the build cheaper, more powerful, customized to what you want and awesome to say to your friends who are clueless that you built your own PC.

If you have any questions feel free to PM me directly or chat with me on Skype (kiingyhd)

Hope all goes well,

Why is everyone suggesting a bigger power supply?
This Pc will pull at MAX 300W, everyone acting like they know stuff about computers, I literally built my own computer today on a budget of 400 and it's great. The computer that you are looking to buy is not going to get you very far if you want to game. Minecraft will be fine but anything else you're going to struggle with, If you want to be slightly future proof you will have to invest some money into a better GPU such as a 7770 Or a GTX 650 ti if you want to have better luck with games such as BF3 and Skyrim etc.

Quick question, how much is the PC you are looking at going to cost?

if your own a tight build you can't go wrong with a fx6300/8320/8350 bulldozer isnt good. Vishera is better for many reasons ( not listing) i would also get a quality 450w psu like an antec or a xfx. whats your budget so i can exactly help you and choose parts.

AMD / ATi HD 6450 Graphics Card With HUGE 2GB Dedicated DDR3 Graphics Memory ( get Nvida Geforce GTX 660TI, 670, 680 or titan.

1TB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive (Looks good)

24x DVD-RW Optical Disc Drive ( looks good)

MSI 760GM-P21-(FX) uATX Motherboard (Full specifications of this board can be found here)
