You can play without burning it to the hard drive, burning it just makes it easier for yourself.

So by doing what I mentioned above is ok and I won't get banned while playing on the ISO directly?

If you can play it directly, do so, I do all the time, you've stealth patched it, I wouldn't worry.

No, you won't get banned. Just make sure you stealth patched it and you'll be fine.

I've heard of people using them discs, i'm getting some Tuesday, i'll let you know if its the discs or not.

1.I opened the clean ISO in abgx360 before and after i replaced the files in XBC and 2. I cleared my cache but didnt delete the savegame (is that a problem?) 3. this is my second time burning it with the same result + made sure i did everything correctly and went back over it to make sure.

1. Savegame won't affect installing, thats to make sure it doesn't crash.

2. You only need to stealth patch it before you mod it.

So most of the tutorials do it before and after is that a problem when modding and its most likely the disks people say they would rather use verbatim disks over memorex disks if you wan add me on skype when you do get the disks or can help in general. Thanks for helping! Skype:blank_galaxy

I don't think its a problem to stealth patch it twice, I only do it once, doing it twice can give you errors because you've changed some files around. I'll add you on skype later on, got an exam to do now!
