Computer monitor lighting up but not coming on ? +repPosted:

Basically my pc monitor will not come on . The little light comes on but it goes from green to orange can anyone help ? I'll plus rep to any reasonable/helpful answer .

Yes I've checked all connections none are loose .

Are you sure it's your monitor and not your graphics card?

Take out the graphics card and re-fit it, can sometimes be the solution but more than often not.

I properly turned off the monitor and tower and then unplugged them and plugged them back it and viola it works lol . Thanks you guys .
