Well I have not been in this situation for a while. But if it is permanently banned then that means you can not log into xbox.com right. Then what you are going to want to do is just carry on with another account as I am sure that they will not charge a permanently banned account. If your account is only on a temporary ban then Im sure I can help.

Sorry for double posting. But there is hope if it is permanently banned. You cans still log into xbox.com. Once you are logged in just go to the membership/upgrade thing or whatever it is called. And then turn off auto renewal. I am sure it locks the account from logging in on the site for 30 days though. Not that you will still need the account I hope.

I would contact Microsoft and report it to them immediately. Be sure to contact them about it quickly before charges keep happening.

Usually subscriptions require paypal if you use paypal go to your settings and unsubscribe other than that contact xboxlive on their official site.. or by phone..

They can't do that bull**** just call 1-800-4-my-Xbox and then tell them all the details if you don't be mean and hat be nice I'm sure they will happily remove the card from you. Go on YouTube try to search some stuff up also if they charge you just tell your mo if your under 16 she will deal with it.
