i had the same problem you have to deactivate network shield im pretty sure i deactivated it and put it back on and i could go on the internet if its not that one just deactivate everything and put things back on until you find wich one it is and turn it off

Ok hes how to fix any problem you could ever come across. Press start then type "system restore" without the quotes and press enter. Go through it all and restore it to the most recent time possible. Anything between that and now will be loss so if you have anything important make a copy of it on a usb before doing this.
