I guess you could, my friend did. Just because they're working on a different game doesn't mean they're gonna let their current games burn to the ground, no matter how "Dead" it is (Mw2 Is Different). They would want you to think "They dont care >.<" So then they can unsuspectedly hit you with the ban hammer.

I would say no because CoD Ghost is just about in the making of being mad, trailers starting to come out, doubt they really brother about it.

You will get banned from the servers for a few days and will get reset dont risk it you will get caught

Yes! You can still get banned for boosting. My friend got busted last week. And he got reset.
