So im trying to do some in app purchase's and its not letting me? But I can buy apps from the store?

Im trying to buy some Gems in Clash of Clans....

Can anyone help? This is whats popping up..

And when i click the link it goes know where to solving it....

So someone help me? I will +rep and maybe gift gold in the near future???

If your iDevice is jailbroken and you got iApp free
It doesn not work, disable/un install iApp free, and it should work

No it's not... I'm using my ipad mini and its on 6.1.3 sadly.... I have to email iTunes....

Check in settings for In-App purchses permissions, if this is off for that app then it would cause this problem.
