Exactly, I think i should get a new powersupply that actually has a 6 pin connector in pow supply and not a 2 molex to 6 pin connector.

It's not your computer the game isnt optimized. It was ported over from console to PC. So pretty much noone can run it really smooth

gta 4 is unoptimized as S*** and a 7770 wont be able to handle it max, lower your resolution or keep it on 1080p and lower pretty much everything, its a hard game to run
