yes but when you get to platinum and master divisions you don't get as many bad kids

I think everyone in League Play is bad. It's like they think they know what they're doing but they don't. They think just cause they watch OpTiC Nadeshot's stream they think they're pro and shit when they've never even touched the Gamebattles or 360Icons website before.
