I don't know if it's just me, but every time I would purchase any type of inform player, they seem to do terribly for me. For example, I bought IF Gerrard and played him in a 3-5-2. He'd go on to score 2 goals in 10 games for me. I compared him with his NonIF, and when I'd play NonIF Gerrard in the same position and formation, he'd perform wonderfully to score 7 goals in 10 games. I don't know if it's just me, but this same situation happens mostly all the time I buy an IF card.

I belive in handicap, happends for me all the time, I don't care what you guys say but I belive in it to 100%.

Handicap is definite.
I've played with an almost full TOTY team and would get walked around by terrible teams.
