1.) Download BO Beta on the account you obtained
2.) Mod the GT of the account and upload it up to the internet
3.) Upload the the BO Beta to the internet
4.) Remember the steps for getting free flaming on Reach?
5.) 1st controller will be your main account, 2nd will be the modded gt.
Since the modded GT will have the lisence, everyone can use it at once
6.) Load up BO Beta and play online!

This should work. It worked for the flaming effect in Halo Reach.
