Anyone reading this I can't connect to Treyarch server's for Black Ops 1 or 2 but MW2 and 3 are fine plz reply if this happened to you too.

Not sure why you broght up Modern Warfare 2 and 3; MW2 doesn't have the same type of servers and MW3 isn't from Treyarch. However, it may be a location problem for you. Is there any sort of error message popping up?
