when I go onto firefox its says unable to connect, even though I can connect on internet explorer, it was fine 2 days ago, ive uninstalled it and re downloaded it and it still dosent work! any help?

ARE YOU USING PROXY SETTINGS ON INTERNET EXPLORER THE SETTINGS IN INTERNET EXPLORER EFFECT ALL THE BROWSERS YOU HAVE INSTALLED CHANGE YOUR IE SETTINGS.

I get that sometimes. Either restart your modem"im thinking you have tried that" or delete it then download it again. This may help

how do I check these proxy settings, because im only using explorer because firefox dosent work?

I don't use Firefox anymore so can't really help other than that.. consider switching to Chrome.. faster and easier to use. ;)

Type "internet options" in your taskbar .Navigate to the connection menu go to "LAN SETTINGS" UNCLICK PROXY SETTINGS IF ENABLED.also disable your firewall and see if you're able to use a different browser if so just allow a program through firewall>select browser.

Idiot, chrome operates off IE settings just like firefox .Learn what you're talking about before you speak.

when I go to download chrome it says it couldn't connect to the internet when im connected to it
