E.g I wanted to open a division, although the Commissioner didnt want it and think it was good for the clan, he still let me make the training and basically told me, make the training and persuade me on how the division will fit in within the clan.

Its a really good clan. I know the registering takes a while, thats because lots of people are joining everyday.
But if you keep on at the senior guys you will get trained as you wont be forgotten.

Being annoying is good because it shows that you are motivated and committed.

Some people say its strict, thats because we roleplay properly and do you really want to be in a clan which dont push you to your limits, encourages you to think outside the box which gives you a challenge!!!

Well I have been in it for a while, although I am a lower rank, I am learning alot. When I get something wrong they support me and go over different situations with me. Rather then kick me out straight away like other clans.
