The Simpsons Tapped Out is a game for Phones/Tablets etc, it is available on Google Play and the iOS App Store.
Today I will show you how to play it on a PC, this works on Windows, Mac and Linux!
Steps: ( Windows & Mac )

Today I will show you how to play it on a PC, this works on Windows, Mac and Linux!
Steps: ( Windows & Mac )
- Download and Install BlueStacks - If then install crashes on preserving user data, restart the installer.
- When installed, click the search button, and search for "The Simpsons Tapped Out" [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
- Find the game, and click the "Install" button on the right. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
- You will be asked to link a Google account, follow the steps and do so. (Google account is required for the program to download it from Google Play
- After linking it with BlueStacks (BlueStacks is considered a phone, do not be confused when it asks you to link it to your phone.) you can install the game.
- When installed, simply click "My Apps" and click the game to play! [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
- The game when installed will update, after that, log into your origin account (bottom left) and play.

I hear its a good game, just be aware with bluestacks its buggy, hope to god they fixed most of the issues with games and apps. Nonetheless good topic and great game :3

I don't know much about Linux, but I think you will be able to run BlueStacks using Wine.
You would have to search it. Sorry.

Second bug:

I went ahead and attempted to install it using Wine and this is as far as i can get

Looks like a no in this case but it was worth a shot anyway.
This is the best bet for running in Linux below is a tut to installing the Android SDK after that just grab the game.

I made it my challenge to get it running on Linux.
What i did.
Installing the below is only done once it's not as scary as it looks.
1)Run in Terminal
2)Run this in Terminal
3)Run this in Terminal to extract the downloaded file
4)then
5) Then
You should get the below click install far right

Once you get the message saying the SDK and AVD are updated
6) Go back into Terminal and run from home
Copy and paste the below into the file like so and save
7)

Once this is done Restart Linux.
Now you have the SDK installed use terminal and put in
this will start the SDK you can make a launcher if you want.
Click New and use the settings i have

Click the new item and hit start
Once it loads up you should have a screen that looks like a phone (android sdk)

2)Run this in Terminal

4)then
cd android-sdk-linux/tools/
5) Then
./android
