You can play arms 2 on very high settings because I have a cheaper setup than u and I can. My CPU is only an i3

The performance you get from your gpu greatly depends on what monitor you are using. Standard monitors are usually 1280x720 or 1920x1080. Assuming you are using a FULL HD monitor (1080), the GPU will make it over the "playable fps" mark, but not by a lot. It will get around 40fps in BF3 on Ultra.

Use this link to see what fps the card is getting in modern games. Or, if you want to search you own, simply google "gtx 650 ti benchmark" and see what results you get.

note: the resolution they used in this benchmark was 1920x1200 so if you are using a 1080 you can expect a very slight performance gain.

With a 1080 monitor you can always change the resolution in-game to drastically increase performance, although the game will look a bit distorted in some cases (HUDS will appear bigger, text bigger, etc.)

Well i won't be playing games like battlefield, But i'm guessing that i could run WaW on 720x1080 pretty fine.
