First of all, Use the PC building section.
Secondly, What's you're budget?

Here You Go Man I Didn't Really Have any info on your side but this setup is pretty good:)

Intel 2nd Gen i5 (or i7)
Socket 1155 board Gigabyte or Asus
Widows 7 64bit
8GB RAM DDR3 Dual channel set
WD hard drive 'Black' series 1TB+ (larger buffer, SATA III, reliable)
<Three partitions for 100GB OS & utilities, 200GB Programs, Balance: Files> to improve access speed and reliability.
Consider a second hard drive for back ups
Midrange to upper midrange 'gaming' card with 1GB GDDR3 or 5 and dual DVI outputs
24" wide monitor with DVI inputs (second one later if needed)
Don't overlook a decent power supply with a single 12volt rail, enough wattage and 12 volt rail amperage, and 80% efficiency rating or better.

I included an I7 because it's much better for rendering and editing than a I5.
I chose the 680 Over the 7950 or 7970 because the CUDA cores really help in Adobe programs.
The PSU is a little overkill for this system, but it gives some room for future upgrades.
I didn't include windows 7 because it's easy to download and install it from a USB stick.
