I don't really care which is healthier, because I rarely eat there. When I do though I just get something like a meatball sandwich or a hamburger.

I highly doubt Mcdonalds is HEALTHIER than anything, especially Subway.

Well you can't go by thinking calories are calories.
Different calories do different things, different calories are healthier than others.
So average Subway may have more calories, but they're probably more healthy calories.
That's the problem with people dieting is that they think they can eat any food as long as they stay under their daily calorie limit.

McDonald's food is all processed food that comes frozen as to where Subway is fresh cut.

Well when I go to Subway I order the chicken and bacon ranch with hot peppers and olives so I don't think that would apply to me.
