Minecraft and GTA run just fine for me and I have mostly lower specs than you, I'm not sure about CoD though

Is this graphics card good enough? AMD RADEON HD6670 Graphics Card with dedicated 2GB DDR3 graphics memory.

No, more memory doesnt necessarily mean that the performance will be better, dont listen to the other guy. This GPU you just said, it has more memory but is a lower spec. Go for a Nvidia GTX 660 or something, it'll go well with the build. Or maybe even a Radeon 7770. You shouldn't have any problems with these games but GTA is kinda unpredictable, as it's poorly ported.

To be honest, you could probably run GTA SA with a toaster. It's a really easy game to run, and i thought you meant GTA IV. This will run GTA SA with absolutely no problems.
