What will the frame rate be while i record? And will it run on max settings?

Though, I wouldn't recommend Windows 8 OS, it's terrible. 1234((

Will it affect how it runs my game? Also, change i change that to windows 7?

Windows 8 won't effect the game at all. The only way to change it I beleive is to get a Window 7 disc and install it.
