I have an 8GB 4th Gen. iPod touch on iOS 6.1 and I was wondering what the best emulator on cydia is and how do I get ROM's and actually get it to play, what I need, extra tweaks etc.
So, What do I need?
Where do I get ROM's?
Any extra tweaks I need?
I will +rep to the first person that has EVERYTHING I need although any help would be GREATLY apreciated and if its any good I might just +REP as well.

In my opion i think GBA.emu is a very good emulator.
