If you've done the 15th prestige theater mode glitch, you most likely got banned, even I did, I called activision (1800-225-6588) and they said that if my account doesn't work with in a week or so that I have perminate ban, but if you have this problem, wait a week, a lot of people have been banned from this glitch and I had to wait an hour on hold to talk to a guy that didn't even fix it for me, hope this helped!
