This is the only things that have been confirmed so far that i'm aware of after extensive research.
If there is anything confirmed, contact me via PM with a cited source and will be added to the post.
Pre-owned Fee - Microsoft has confirmed that all of the games released on the Xbox One will require a mandatory installation onto the hard drive of the system and to install it onto ANOTHER USERS SYSTEM (Meaning a friends system) a fee must be paid.
"Another piece of clarification around playing games at a friend's house - should you choose to play your game at your friend's house, there is no fee to play that game while you are signed in to your profile." - Larry Hryb

Not extremely important, but they clarified that the friend list limit has been increased by releasing this statement as well.
The new Xbox Live will offer enhanced cloud functionality, improved matchmaking, new social features, background downloads, skill tracking and an expanded achievements system, Microsoft said. It will also capture gameplay videos for sharing and support a friends list capped at 1,000.

Does it require a ALWAYS on internet connection? Short answer, no. More clarifacation came with the statement below.
"No, it does not have to be always connected," says Microsoft, "but Xbox One does require a connection to the internet. We're designing Xbox One to be your all-in-one entertainment system that is connected to the cloud and always ready. We are also designing it so you can play games and watch Blu-ray movies and live TV if you lose your connection."

Backwards Compatibility? So far, no. (My assumption)
Because the Xbox One uses a completely different system architecture to that of previous Xbox consoles, it will not be compatible with any Xbox 360 games.
However, it is yet to be seen whether the cloud might come to the rescue and allow games to be streamed over the web. Perhaps E3 has the answer...
The Xbox One PRICE.
No pricing info has yet been revealed by Microsoft - expect this when we get official confirmation of worldwide release dates.
A leaked document earlier mentions a $299 (190) price point which sounds gloriously ambitious to us. Expect the Xbox price to be a bit more than that but assuming the PS4 launches around the same time, expect some competitive pricing!
THE POST WILL BE UPDATED AS MORE INFORMATION IS GOING TO BE RELEASED EVERYDAY!
