My borderland2 is giving me 3xp for a kill and 5xp for a badazz is it mest up Or is that normal? There level 10 to 17 I am level 20 when ever i kill a level 10 to 19 it shows 5 xp

What level are you?
If you are greater level they will give you less XP, Killing level 0 enemies while you are level 61 will often award you 0 XP.

they're too low levelled, you aren't going to get much xp for killing lv10s as a lv20.

Try killing the tunnel rat quad in the stronghold. (Farm 'em)
