Minimum Requirements:
CPU : Intel P4/NetBurst Architecture or its AMD Equivalent (AMD K7)
RAM : 2GB
GPU : Intel GMA 950 or AMD Equivalent
HDD : At least 90MB for Game Core and Sound Files
Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 or up is required to be able to run the game.

Recommended Requirements:
CPU : Intel Pentium D or AMD Athlon 64 (K8) 2.6 GHz
RAM : 4GB

It's not a bad build, would run minecraft smoothly at around 60fps. On medium when recording probably 60fps

I'm no expert when It comes to AMD CPU's but the GPU isn't all that. I got a much better one for around 200

I said GPU for 200. I just googled the GPU in this machine and it isn't very good at all. You can buy it for around 30 pounds.

If you just want to play Minecraft, or even if your simply using the PC mainly for gaming then 16Gb of RAM is overkill, I would go for a slightly higher end GPU if you want to record on max settings.
