Hey guys, i recently installed a new hard drive into a friends laptop and went to install the OS but it got stuck on "windows is loading files" it then came up with an error message saying "windows has encountered a problem with a device connected to your computer". So i ran the memory diagnostic tool and during the check the laptop shut down. Could this be that the CPU is overheating, or is the RAM faulty? Or is it something completely different?
