Are a lot of people getting console banned because me and my brother both got console banned within 2 days of each other. They said I was spamming xbox staff.

There can't not be a reason why you were banned

i haven't found any one that i know to be console banned it might be just you or you actually did something and covering it up.

So what you are saying is Alot if people are getting Console banned because you keep sending messages to Xbox staff

regardless they shouldnt bann you for sending messages to them. just block communications. you paid for the service. but i guess if its in their stupid ass "code of conduct"

They can't console ban you for "spamming xbox staff" There has to be another reason you got console banned.
