Of course they are lurking any big site that has modding or hacking they are on it to try to gain information that is why hackforums was created by the FBI and they are watching you and what you are doing so watch what you say and do on any forum don't be giving out your information left and right to anyone, because the FBI will try to get a much information out of every person they find that is there job so don't be supprosed if you run into a FBI agent on the site.

He said it in a past tense so that means the past and we are talking about the forum so he has a different account, because he signed up that account today and of he got banned today then he would of said that he got banned today.

How does that work? You post a topic saying your hosting, and then saying PM me for my gamertag, and the Enforcement officer dude PMs you and you give him your gamertag?
