It doesn't look real to me, the 'mermaid' filmed looks like it has an alien's face and it's hand or whatever touched the submarine window looked to close to another sea creatures fin so I think it is edited. Although, I would like to believe that mermaides are real and I have no doubt that they are because our planet, earth is 71% made up of water and when you think about it, not even a quarter of the sea has been searched so surely there are plenty of sea creatures still to be discovered, mermaids are maybe one of these.

All of these mermaid films are called Mockumentarys. Where they make a fake Documentary. I'm not going to say mermaids don't exist but there is no legit proof that they do.

It was a 'docufiction' it was aired to see what the reaction would be and to show how it could be possible for them to exist.
