I'm pretty surprised no one else has mentioned this but, the Xbox 360 S was released on June 19th 2010, a little more than "about a year ago".

In no way has microsoft copied ps4 that anyone can be aware of other than the companies involved. We haven't even seen a picture of the ps4 or seen ti in use. so If anything we can assume Sony would copy MS as we have seen it in action...
