Make sure XBOX live unlocks is on on your JTAG before you start the modded game, join with retail and go.
If that fails, use a all client menu to control on your retail.

It's so much effort reading what you have put due to you capitalizing everything you put.
However, from what I read it seems you have put an Ethernet cable connecting one console to the other? If so please don't, make sure you have two different consoles connected via two different Ethernet cables into the same router.
If that doesn't work, get a different TU8 and different .dll's

Lol, he has to be on the same tu or else he cant join His jtag...

All you need to do if it says that is Make sure your jtag and retail are wired and that should be you sorted!

Okay, the mod menu has NOTHING to do with this problem at all, the Tu has NOTHING to do with it (If it were the wrong Tu he wouldn't even see his jtag in system link, Dashlaunch and FSD has somewhat to do with it, but since he can see the connection from retail, its not effecting it.
You're missing out on some critical information, tell us exactly how you have your jtag and retail wired to internet. AND the way you capitalize things makes it a million times harder to read.
From what you have said it seems that youre connecting jtag and retail DIRECTLY with one Ethernet cord... this is wrong you need TWO cords to the same connection. (router, modem, even computer.)
If not please provide us with more details so we can actually help you!
