I played hippie's avatar back frame by frame and discovered that one one of the frames, Some of the QR code is competley missing, and you are able to see the background of the GIF of the cat. Dont know if it will lead to anything but its a start.

I know, just makes me mad that people judge before they think, it really annoys me, hell you never know, someone might just be near finishing this puzzle as we speak, nothings impossible.
